Disability Support Worker – Subiaco, Perth WA

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants in Subiaco, Perth WA. This is an opportunity to build strong, consistent relationships with participants and play a meaningful role in their everyday lives.
The role involves assisting individuals with daily living, personal care, community access, and skill development. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and committed to promoting independence and well-being for the people we support.
Minimum 2 years experience in a support role or a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (CPR must be completed within the last 12 months)
Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
Availability during the weekdays
Manual Handling

Food Safety & Hygiene
Medication Administration Competency
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
